About Hakubotan Shuzo
One of the oldest breweries in Saijo dating to 1675. Hakubotan means White Peony. Part of the famous Saijo Sake Brewery Street (Sakagura-dori). Saijo is one of Japan’s three great sake brewing regions alongside Nada and Fushimi.
