About Nagai Shuzo
Mizubasho Pure was one of Japan’s first methode traditionnelle sparkling sakes, modeled after Champagne. Named after the mizubasho (Asian skunk cabbage) flower found in Oze National Park. Tanigawa line highlights mountain terroir.
