About Kimura Shuzo

Kimi no I means Lord’s Well. Located at the base of Mt. Myoko a famous ski resort area. One of the few Niigata breweries actively producing yamahai style sake alongside the typical tanrei karakuchi style. The heavy snowfall of Myoko provides exceptional water.
