About Hayashi Shuzo (Bishu)
Located in Seki city famous for its swordsmithing tradition dating back 800 years. Different from Hayashi Honten of Takayama. The Mino region around Seki and Mino city has a small cluster of breweries benefiting from Nagara River water.
