About Taisetsunokura (Otemachi Brewery)
Named Taisetsukei meaning Great Snow Valley after the Northern Alps snowfields visible from the brewery. Located in Ikeda town in the Azumino area. The ultra-soft snowmelt water creates a characteristically smooth clean sake.
