About Akabu (Murai Brewery)
Originally in Otsuchi but devastated by 2011 tsunami. Relocated to Morioka and rebuilt. Young brewer Murai Ryo created modern Akabu brand in his early 20s – now one of Japan’s most buzzed-about sakes.
