About Kachikoma Shuzo
One of the smallest and hardest-to-find sake breweries in Toyama. Kachikoma means Winning Horse. Essentially a one-person brewing operation. Cult following among sake enthusiasts. Tiny annual production makes it almost impossible to purchase.
