About Sasaichi Shuzo
One of Yamanashi’s oldest and largest sake producers. Located in Otsuki along the old Koshu Kaido highway connecting Edo to Kai Province. Sasaichi means Number One Bamboo Leaf. Also produces shochu and liqueurs.
