About Sasaki Shuzo (Furosen)
One of only two remaining sake breweries in central Kyoto (not Fushimi). The Sasaki family is famously connected to actor Sasaki Kuranosuke. Uses Kyoto’s ancient underground water. Named after the historical Jurakudai palace.
