About Taiyo Shuzo
Formed in 1945 by merging 14 small breweries in the Murakami area. Mutsuboroshi (Six Stars) is the flagship brand. Located in Murakami alongside Miyao Shuzo. The Murakami region in northern Niigata provides excellent rice and water.
