About Toshimaya
Founded 1596 during the Azuchi-Momoyama period. Originally in Kanda, central Tokyo before relocating. One of Tokyo’s oldest sake producers. Also famous for Edo-period shirozake (white sweet sake) sold on Hinamatsuri.
