Operates a sake museum in a restored kura. Known for koshu (aged sake). 1995 Kobe earthquake destroyed much of facility but rebuilt. Museum displays Edo-period brewing tools.

Hakushika means White Deer. Nishinomiya’s miyamizu water was discovered near their wells in the 1840s. Historically one of the most prestigious Nada breweries.
